Pay later in 4 interest-free payments will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 4 equal instalments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first payment will be made when your order is confirmed, with the next 3 payments automatically charged every 2 weeks after that, with no interest fees.*

ALL YOU NEED TO APPLY

All you need to order with Klarna is to provide ID information including your name, DOB and address, own valid debit or credit card (no prepaid cards), be 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.

If you’re struggling to use Klarna it could be because; you may have an outstanding payment from another date, you have filled out the form incorrectly or they have rejected your application.

If they reject your application, we would recommend choosing another payment type.

What is Klarna?
Klarna is a payment service that allows customers to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in 4 equal instalments every 2 weeks starting from the date of purchase.
How does Klarna work?
Just shop on PLT and check out as normal. At checkout, then choose the Klarna payment method. You will know if you are approved in seconds and once approved you will get an email confirmation from Klarna.
Where can I use Klarna?
Klarna can be used on purchases made on prettylittlething and other retailers where Klarna is available.
Are there any fees to use Klarna?
There are no upfront fees but if your fortnightly payment is late, Klarna may charge a late fee. Late fees are capped, so if your instalment is late, you will only be charged 1 late fee per late instalment depending on the value of your order. Need a few extra days? Make sure to “Snooze” your repayment to push your scheduled repayment back.
How do I pay in 4 interest-free instalments?
Select the 4 interest free instalments option to split your purchase into 4 equal payments that will be taken every 30 days starting at the time of your order. No bills needed. Just sit back, relax and enjoy your latest garms.
How do automatic payments work?
Payments are collected on a fortnightly basis off the debit or credit card given at the time of purchase. All scheduled payments will be confirmed on email and you can review your purchases by logging into Klarna here..
When will my items be delivered if I use Klarna?
Klarna orders are delivered within our standard delivery timeframes like any normal order from PLT. Visit our delivery page here for more information.
How do I return an item purchased with Klarna?
Klarna returns will follow our usual standard returns process. Please see here for more information. Any returns or refunds credited to your purchase will reduce your outstanding balance. You will need to continue to make your previously disclosed Instalment Payments at scheduled Due Dates until your balance is paid in full. If you have a credit balance you authorize Klarna to credit the balance back to your card, or any other card Klarna have on file for you.
What if I can’t pay a Klarna instalment?
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your pay later in 4 purchase from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If Klarna are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date Klarna will send you a notification and provide you a courtesy two to seven business day slack period so that you can update your payment method or ensure enough funds are available on your selected card. If you update your card, Klarna will attempt to collect the late payment immediately. Otherwise we will attempt to charge your original card again after the two to seven-day period. If you fail to make a payment by the end of the courtesy slack period you will be in default, and in addition to our ‘Default’ right, we may charge you a late fee. If you fail to make your payments, you may be unable to use the service in the future. Klarna may continue to attempt to collect overdue and currently due payments on subsequent Due Dates or invoice you separately for the unpaid total.
Does Klarna impact my credit score?
When you apply for this Payment Option, we may order a credit report from a credit reporting agency or third-party database who will supply us with credit information. The agencies will record details of the search, which can be seen on your credit file, whether or not credit is granted. This record will also be visible to third parties and may affect other organizations’ future decisions on whether to provide you with credit. Klarna may also validate your card and request authorization from your card issuer. In this case there will be no entry shown on your credit file for these payments. Klarna may report information about your order to credit reporting agencies. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your purchase may be reflected in your credit report and could impact your credit score.
